Use work lawfully
Upload only artwork and reference images you created, own, licensed, or otherwise have permission or a lawful basis to use. Do not upload illegal, stolen, deceptive, harmful, or privacy-invasive material.
Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of your uploads. You give Portraitia the limited permission needed to store, process, analyze, and display them according to the privacy and publishing choices you make.
Community publishing
Publishing makes a work visible to signed-in community members. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to share it. We may restrict or remove material that violates these terms or creates legal or safety risk.
Age and sensitive material
You must be 18 or older to upload or view artistic nudity. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited. Pornographic, exploitative, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful material is prohibited.
AI analysis
Images submitted for critique may be processed by AI services to provide analysis. Results are educational opinions, not professional, legal, or safety advice.
Copyright concerns
Rights holders may request review or removal of material they believe infringes their rights. Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions.
